All full time, permanent employees working 30+ hours per week are eligible for benefits on the 1st of the month following a 90 day probationary period.

With the exception of Open Enrollment, changes to current enrollment are subject to qualifying events such as a change in marital status, birth or adoption of dependents or the involuntary lose coverage for a spouse or qualified dependent. Requests for changes subject to these provisions must be submitted within 30 days from the date of the qualifying event.  Current program offerings and direct contact numbers are provided below for your convenience:
