    Hello,

My name is Mariela Mannion and I work for Schoolhouse Partners, a consulting firm that assists non profits. I’m doing research on providers of program evaluation for youth service programs in Washington State. I’m emailing because I read that the Hoh Tribe received a SAHMSA grant for the Circles of Care program. My understanding is that as part of the grant requirements, the program must be evaluated. Does you all contract an independent researcher to evaluate the program? If so, who have you partnered to work with?

What percentage of the grant would you say is dedicated to research and evaluation?

I appreciate your help with this. My number is (617) 390 5040 if you would like to talk via phone.

    Best,

  2. SPIPA is hosting a Parents as Teachers(PAT) Training in August on the 21-25 at the Little Creek Casino. Do you have any one at your tribe that may be interested in this training? The registration deadline is August 3, 2017. The cost is $690.00. Please make contact with me via email at jharrison@spipa.org or via phone call at 360-426-3990. Thank you! JAH
